This seasonal pairing gives new reasons to be thankful with its

combination of Thanksgiving favorites, cheese and wine.  In

this experience you will discover the fundamentals of complementary and

contrasting flavors.  Pairing these items will help demonstrate how the

fruit forward notes of wine elevate the salty and earthy characteristics of

cheese and enhance the textures and flavors of traditional Thanksgiving foods.

The experience includes 1 wine

flight (4 glasses), 4 pairings including

both cheeses and Thanksgiving trimmings.  Don’t miss out, this will only

This experience includes wine flight (four 3 ounce glasses) and cheese plate which will include 4 cheeses and accompaniments to perfectly pair with the wine flight!

Bacon Making

Bacon Making Class

The Bacon King Experience is an interactive LIVE event where

you can have a few beverages, learn the history of how bacon that you purchase

in your local grocer is cured, and learn how Bacon King USA cures it's bacon.

You will actually get your own 5 pound slab (pre-cure weight)

of pork belly, choose your ingredients, and start your very own cure to make

bacon. You will walk out of a Bacon King Experience with your 5

pound slab (pre-cure weight) of curing pork belly that you will finish

the 10-day cure at home with all the instructions to make your bacon, a Bacon

King T-Shirt, and the knowledge on how to make your own bacon for

the rest of your days! Remember, this is Gourmet Bacon YOU
