What is Cheeseology?

Cheeseology is the premier provider of cheese-making experiences where people come together to make lasting memories. We supply everything you need for your cheese making experience with three instructors in each class to ensure you are well taken care of. We have monthly rotating wines and craft beers, wine and beer flights are available in both classes and in our lounge.

How long is a class?

Classes generally run between 90 and 120 minutes. We invite you to browse our retail section either before or after your class to discover our locally sourced goodies and boutique items. Don't forget to pick up a featured glass or bottle of wine, or a can of beer, and unwind in our lounge area during your visit

What is partner add-on?

When booking a class, individuals have the opportunity to bring a partner along. Essentially, the partner add-on allows two people to participate in the class together, utilizing the same cheese-making station. When booking with a partner add-on, you will reserve for one guest and then include the partner add-on within that reservation. The main guest will pay the full price for the class, while the partner add-on will only incur the partner add-on price ($25).

Are children allowed?

In our main classes, children over the age of 16 may attend and make cheese by themselves. Children under 16 can only participate as a partner. We also have our Mini Mongers classes which are kid focused every Saturday and Sunday at 10am.

What is the pizza class?

You start with making your own mozzarella! We then provide locally sourced dough, sauce and oh, go pick some fresh basil! We then bake the pizza you just made right there for you to enjoy or take home in our Oonis! Did we tell you we are an authorized Ooni dealer? https://ooni.com

What local products do you use?

We strive to source as much locally sourced products at our locations. These include pickled vegetables, jams, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, honey and craft beers which changes monthly. We even grow some products such as basil, tomatoes and berries.

What makes your wines special?

Our wine expert Meredith has hand selected vineyards that have small production (200 cases for example) and great stories. Our wines change every month, so if there is something you want to try, come in before it’s gone.

Do you have a Membership?

We are in the process of developing membership programs that will include classes with the vineyard owners, discounts, monthly wine and cheese discounts and more! We are also putting together a Cheese Passport that you will get a “stamp” for each class you take and once you have taken all of the classes, you will receive a special gift!

Do you have a rewards program?

We have a rewards program for retail purchases which is tracked in our point of sale system. You will receive updates to your account and communications on special features and events. We are working on a rewards program for cheese making classes.
