CANCELLATION - REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: 

NO refunds and NO transfers. All Sales are Final.


We require a minimum 24-hour advanced notice for cancellation of a reservation in order to receive a STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.


We understand that some people may need to cancel, whether it be due to illness or concerns due to exposure. Should you have to cancel due to illness, concerns of exposure, or any other reason, please call our studio and leave a message with your name, phone number and the date and time of the class.


We will issue STORE CREDIT for any cancellations. The STORE CREDIT will be for the full amount paid for the class and can be used at a later date and time to attend a class at our studio. The STORE CREDIT will EXPIRE a calendar year from the date of the original purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel the class if the minimum number of participants is not met.


Should it become necessary for us to cancel a class, we will personally contact you and you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the full amount of your reservation or a REFUND.


To all of our valued guests, your safety and the safety of our staff are our utmost concern. We consistently check the latest CDC, state and local government websites for information and recommendations. We continue to take extra precautionary measures to ensure all surfaces are wiped down regularly with anti-bacterial wipes and continue additional disinfecting cleaning efforts.
